New Client Coding & Documentation Audit
Before your practice’s official start date with MBMS, we will conduct a full-scale coding and documentation audit of each radiologist to help identify areas of improvement and compliance. Post-audit, MBMS will assist with editing and building report templates for compliance and optimizing reimbursement.

Interventional Radiology Coding Team
At MBMS, we treat interventional radiology procedures differently from diagnostic radiology procedures. Our experienced, certified RCCIR coders and auditors code and conduct separate audits exclusively for interventional radiology.

MBMS’s Coding And Compliance Leadership Team
Niki started with MBMS in 2017, bringing to MBMS 11 years of experience in coding and billing. After being with MBMS for a little over a year she was promoted to director and became responsible for all day-to-day actives of the coding department, putting into place new policies and procedures to streamline the department. Niki holds both CPC and RCC coding certifications and is a member of RBMA and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Madelen joined MBMS in 2020, bringing 10 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University. Madelen is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC); Certified Healthcare Auditor (CHA), Certified Healthcare Collections Manager (CHCM), and Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer (CHCO) through American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC). She is also a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC), and The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
